With CSAT being relegated to being a 'qualifying' paper, the importance of Government Schemes becomes even more evident. As we emphasized earlier, the Government of India schemes on various areas form an integral part of the syllabus. Continuing with the series of lectures on Government schemes, this time we try to analyze five such schemes.
From the much hyped 'Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana' to the relatively unknown 'Rashtriya Gokul Mission', this video will surely prove useful in your preparation. This lecture also includes an analysis of two insurance schemes (Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana) and one pension scheme (Atal Pension Yojana) launched by the Central Government. These three schemes have been widely tipped as path breaking initiatives of the Government and a move from 'Jan Dhan' to 'Jan Suraksha', that is, from financial inclusion to financial security.
We believe that our Current Affairs Lecture Series can help IAS aspirants prepare for CSE in a manner which the UPSC examination requires. Please note that for any further queries or to discuss how to align your preparation strategy as per UPSC requirements (also with respect to CSAT), please feel free to write us on targetias@byjusclasses.com
