This is the fantastic seahorse by Gen Hagiwara. It's a great model from the even greater book by Gen Hagiwara, called 'Spirits of Origami'. If you find this video good, I'm going to make more tutorials of models from this amazing book!
I advise using paper between 20x20cm and 30x30cm, the paper in the video was 30x30cm (kraft paper)
