This is the great origami buffalo by Lionel Albertino. I will warn you because this is a really complex model and it has some really complex folds. I made a Lionel Albertino-tutorial before.

Diagrams can be found in Safari origami by Lionel.
Paper used in the video: kraft paper 35x35cm, which is a very good size. The example was folded from Rhino hide.
