This is the origami deer by Fabiana Sanapanya. It's a great and elegant model. I recommand folding this model from a tissue foil paper, or two sheets of unryu. You can find the diagrams of this model and many more in tanteidan convention 19.

6. DaeHyun Song: This origami deer is going to challenge me! The fold that seems to be repeated a hundred times, is the same that causes me to struggle with most more advanced models (I'm still very green to origami). However, zi like how this will help me practice that weakness to become a strength! Do you have any tips for this model? I have three days to master this (trying to make it for someone's birthday), so any tips would immensely help!

Maybe you can start with the Swan by Akira Yoshisawa, a model that is also in this channel! But I want you to help with a complex fold if you want...
