"The developer announced on Twitter that Season 6 will begin next Thursday, September 27. It was presumed that the season would begin sometime next week, as the official Fortnite website stated that Season 5 officially wraps up on September 25, and Epic typically kicks off a new season shortly after the previous one ends.
